Abigail Sweeney, Au.D.
CEO & Managing Partner
Dr. Sweeney is the CEO and managing partner of Hope Hearing Center. Since founding the practice in January 2016, she has transitioned from clinical practice to focus exclusively on managing and expanding the business. Dr. Sweeney is committed to ensuring that all patients receive "the hearing healthcare your brain needs with the compassion you deserve."

Her dedication to patient care is enhanced by her current pursuit of a master's degree in mental health counseling from Colorado Christian University, expected in December 2025. This degree aims to integrate enhanced counseling into audiological care, addressing the higher incidence of anxiety and depression among the hearing impaired, often stemming from isolation and frustration.
Dr. Sweeney's leadership extends beyond professional commitments. She is a proud wife to Dr. Damien Sweeney and a devoted mother to their three sons: Smith, Shawn, and Parker. Her deep faith is a cornerstone of her life, fueling her gratitude for the success of Hope Hearing Center and guiding her dedication to the community and patient advocacy.
Laureen Reimer, Au.D.
Clinical Audiologist - Clinical Team Lead
Dr. Reimer has been practicing Audiology in Louisville since 2007. She attended the University of Louisville for her undergraduate and graduate work. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Doctor of Audiology degree. She is certified by the American Board of Audiology in tinnitus (ringing in the ears) management.

Dr. Reimer works with the adult population in hearing assessment, hearing aid selection, fitting, and programming. She also works with patients who have tinnitus with sound therapy approaches, and counseling.
She is a personable, and compassionate provider who loves getting to know her patients. It is her pleasure to help patients regain their hearing and participate more fully in communicating with family, friends, and colleagues.
Dr. Reimer resides in Oldham County with her husband and two daughters. She loves travel, exercise, meditation, and taking care of her family.

Katie Martin, Au.D.
Clinical Audiologist
Dr. Martin is proud to be a certified Gold Circle Audiologist, a designation reflecting specialized training in providing elite hearing healthcare for musicians, sound engineers, concert-goers as well as other industries with significant noise exposure.

Having received intensive instruction under Dr. Michael Santucci of Sensaphonics, she is certified to provide high-precision, deep-canal ear impressions essential for custom in-ear monitors (IEMs), musician earplugs as well as other hearing protection devices. Whether you need custom ear molds or a strategy for hearing loss prevention, she is dedicated to protecting your hearing without compromising your craft.
Samantha Steinbergen, BC-HIS
Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Samantha Steinbergen is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist who joined Hope Hearing Center in June 2026.

She has been helping individuals with hearing loss since 2021 and specializes in hearing aid evaluation, fitting, programming, verification, tinnitus management, and hearing conservation.

Olivia Wright-Dorantes, B.S.
Practice Manager
Olivia is a native of Springfield, KY; she relocated to Louisville in March 2019. Olivia is a graduate of Campbellsville University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Healthcare Management.

Olivia started with Louisville Family Audiology in March 2019. Compassionate in nature, Olivia enjoys interacting with patients and making them feel comfortable. She has experience working in a medical office and is a great multi tasker. She has become knowledgeable very quickly about trouble shooting hearing aids and loves greeting patients at the window with her friendly smile.
In her spare time, Olivia loves traveling, cooking, decorating and spending time with family and friends.
Rachel Campbell, B.A.
Audiology Assistant & Patient Care Coordinator
Rachel is a native to Indianapolis, but grew up in Oldham County. She attended Western Kentucky University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Rachel started with Louisville Family Audiology in June 2021. She enjoys interacting with patients and helping them on their journey to better hearing. Having previously worked in an animal hospital Rachel is able to multitask and handle a busy schedule well.
Rachel currently resides in the Highlands where she spends her spare time in the company of friends and family. As a huge animal lover, Rachel especially enjoys doting on her two pet rabbits.


Susan Lambdin
Patient Care Coordinator
Susan is native to Wilmington, NC; she relocated to Louisville in May 2020. Susan is currently a full-time student with hopes to pursue a career in Occupational Therapy. Susan started with Louisville Family Audiology in April 2022.

Susan currently resides in Oldham County with her husband and son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants, and road-tripping.

Susan Greenrose, a native of Cumberland, Kentucky, joined the Louisville Family Audiology team in the fall of 2022 as a part-time Patient Care Coordinator. Susan is a proud mother to two children and a 'GiGi' to two grandchildren, cherishing her family time and her role as a community leader in her church. Her strong faith and positive attitude provide daily encouragement to both patients and colleagues.
